Larry Parnell
VP of Construction and Facilities

Larry Parnell has been in the Retail Development arena for the past 30 years. He began his career at PayLess ShoeSource for an extended time, and then moved to Victoria’s Secret for a short 2 year stay in Columbus, OH, until going to Blockbuster, Inc. from 1996 to 2006. He has since been at Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. for the past 2 years.

Larry has considerable experience in many facets of Store Development, as FF&E Purchasing and Development Special Projects have been under his watch in the past, as well as Construction, Facilities and Energy. His direct responsibility in his current role at Panda is for the Construction, Facilities and Energy areas, as well as Signage.

In the fast paced, high volume environments Larry has directed, his focus has always been, and continues to be, on the implementation of programs that are on time, and of high quality. Significant cost reductions have been gained, while maintaining superior ethical standards and direct honesty.
