Event Sponsorship Options
Be further RECOGNIZED by showcasing your offering and message for the retail community with an Event Sponsorship.
Event Sponsorships are designed to give you maximum visibility at the Event and will be awarded on a first come; first serve basis and are required to be purchased in conjunction with a presentation package selection.
OPTION 1
ONE ON ONE MEETING SPONSOR

This sponsorship provides Suppliers (up to two) with premium exposure each day at the Event to the Chain Executives and all participants of RestaurantPoint. This sponsorship includes co-sponsorship of beverages and snacks at The RestaurantPoint Meeting Place, marketing exposure prior to and throughout the Event with your logo displayed on signage, the website, on marketing materials and imprinted on cups and napkins used at the food and beverage stations at the One-on-One Meeting Place designating your company as one of the sponsors. Also includes a small display area ((3’W X 6’L) in the One-on-One area for small product/display.
OPTION 2
WELCOME RECEPTION
Host THE party that will kick off RestaurantPoint. Be the first to welcome all of the Chain Executives and Suppliers to California! Receive easel signage with your company logo at the entrance of the reception and work collectively with RestaurantPoint team to “theme” the evening. Includes a pre-Event e-mail to the Chain Executives inviting them to the Welcome Reception that you are sponsoring; website visibility; a listing with your logo on the Agenda and on-site promotion to Suppliers and Chain Executives.

THE ONSITE COCKTAIL AND DINNER PARTY
Party theme is open to discussion. Includes a pre-event e-mail to the Chain Executives inviting them to the party that you are sponsoring; website logo visibility; logo on the Agenda and on-site promotion to Suppliers and Chain Executives through signage.
OPTION 4
CLOSING COCKTAIL RECEPTION
The final evening is the culmination of the Event. This sponsorship includes a premium bar for thirty minutes prior to the commencement of the Closing Dinner. Includes a pre-event e-mail to the Chain Executives inviting them to the Cocktail Reception that you are sponsoring (and you may include a company or product cut-sheet), website logo visibility, logo on the Agenda, on-site promotion to Suppliers and Chain Executives and your logo imprinted on materials at the Cocktail Reception. One member of your Executive Team can propose a toast welcoming all to the closing reception. A gobo depicting your company’s logo will be displayed.
OPTION 5
CLOSING DINNER
Host the pinnacle event at RestaurantPoint! The dinner is the culminating event at RestaurantPoint. As the evening’s host, your company will be “center stage” before, during, and after the Event. Your CEO/President will have the opportunity to appear on stage for a brief opportunity to welcome and thank the guests. Dinner will include a gourmet sit down dinner with all of the amenities set in an elegant surrounding. A printed place card describing the evening’s events and menu will prominently display your company logo. A gobo depicting your company’s logo will be displayed.
OPTION 6
EVENT GROUND TRANSPORTATION
You will have the exclusive opportunity to greet the Chain Executives at the airport and host the ground transportation for all participants, round trip to the Event. You may distribute promotional handouts in the vehicles. In addition, your logo will be included in pre-event materials, on the website and on signage greeting the participants at the airport. Your logo will be the first and last visual impression of the Event.
OPTION 7
GROUP LUNCHES
Up to three Companies
Provide lunch to all participants both Monday and Tuesday. You will have a reserved table each day for lunch. Connecting Point will invite eight to ten Chain Executives to join you for lunch. Your logo will be included on all pre-event materials, on the website and on signage at the lunches. Your logo will be on tent cards that will be positioned on all serving tables for the lunches. On the second day’s lunch, the Group will be provided with “take home” lunch bags with the sponsoring Supplier(s) logo(s) on it.
OPTION 8
THE ENTERTAINMENT!
Host the entertainment that will be the talk of the industry as RestaurantPoint concludes. Includes a pre-Event e-mail to the Chain Executives inviting them to the entertainment that you are sponsoring, website visibility pre and post Event and a listing with your logo on the Agenda and on-site promotion to Suppliers and Chain Executives. Also includes a special meet and greet reception for up to 6 people from your organization and/or your invited guests. Have your company President introduce the entertainment!
OPTION 9
KEYNOTE
Host the keynote as RestaurantPoint begins. Your executives may greet all attendees and your President will have the opportunity to appear on stage for a brief opportunity to welcome and introduce the keynote. This sponsorship includes a pre-event mailing featuring material by the speaker that will be mailed to all Chain Executives in advance of the Event. You may include a personalized letter letting the Chain Executives know why your company is passionately behind inspiring innovation for the Industry.
OPTION 10
CONTENT SESSIONS
An industry-rich Content Session series with industry insights into retail trends of today and the future of the market. This sponsorship will include introducing the speaker, having a cut sheet on all attendees’ chairs in the session. We will distribute a pre-event email invitation to all of the Chain Executives inviting them to the general session series that you are sponsoring. Your logo will be included in all pre-event materials, on the website and on the signage at the entrance of the session.
OPTION 11
EVENT BADGE POUCHES
Your logo will be front and center throughout the Event on the official RestaurantPoint badge pouches (one color logo and badge pouch will be recommended and must be approved by RestaurantPoint).
OPTION 12
CHAIN EXECUTIVE SHIPPING
Provide the Chain Executives with one (1) box shipped to bring materials received during RestaurantPoint back to their office. Your logo will be on the exterior of the box. You may enclose a cut sheet and/or thumb drive from your Company ensuring your message from RestaurantPoint gets safely back to the office.

CHAIN EXECUTIVE PADFOLIO
Help keep the Chain Executives well organized and keep your company top of mind by providing them with a padfolio with your company logo prominently displayed.
OPTION 14
GOLF TOURNAMENT
Host the annual RestaurantPoint Shotgun Golf Tournament for up to 72 players. Sponsorship includes a pre-Event e-mail to the Chain Executives inviting them to participate in the tournament that you are sponsoring, website visibility and a listing with your logo on the Agenda and on-site signage. Sponsorship also includes participation in the tournament for up to 4 individuals from your company, box lunches, and a beverage cart.

PENS/PENCILS
Your name or logo will be on mechanical pencils provided to every attendee of RestaurantPoint. Provide a long lasting and practical tool for RestaurantPoint and the days that follow.

KEYCARDS
RESERVED
“Lock Up” your company’s exposure at RestaurantPoint! Your message or logo will be featured on every attendee’s room key. An affordable way to maximize your brand or message at RestaurantPoint.
Option 17
TOTE BAGS
Your logo will be seen throughout the Event on tote bags given out at both Chain Executive and Supplier Badge Pick-up areas. As the Sponsor, you can provide an item to be placed in the bag as well. Your logo will be included with other Sponsors on a page in the Event Directory and on a sign at the Supplier and Chain Executive Badge Pick-up areas.
Option 18
EVENT DIRECTORY TAB ADS
2 RESERVED
Highlight your company's presence at the Event with a four-color ad on one of the tabbed sections of the Event Directory. You will be one of eight advertisers for the Event Directory. Submit your print ready art for production in to the three tabs of the Directory. The Event Directory is utilized by attendees at the Event and is referenced throughout the year as well.
Sponsorships are sold in conjunction with Presentation Packages or require a $13,000. Minimum investment. Purchasing a sponsorship in conjunction with your Presentation Package will entitle you to (1) one additional participation badge per $20,000 of incremental dollars spent. ($5,000. minimum to qualify for an extra badge) i.e. $5,000 - $19,999. in sponsorship dollars equals one (1) additional badge; $20,000 - $39,999 = two (2) additional badges, etc. Sponsorship only packages will include a One-on-One meeting area and badges based on the value of the sponsorship.
RestaurantPoint will not offer nor sell any additional badges outside of those provided for in your Presentation Packages and/or as identified above relevant to Event Sponsorships. Some sponsorships are reserved and/or grandfathered. Please ask about availability.
