Sponsorships

OPTION 1. ONE ON ONE MEETING SPONSOR
This sponsorship provides Suppliers (up to four) with premium exposure each day at the Event to the Restaurant Executives and all participants of StorePoint Restaurant. This sponsorship includes co-sponsorship of beverages and snacks at The StorePoint Restaurant Meeting Place, marketing exposure prior to and throughout the Event with your logo displayed on signage, the website, on marketing materials and imprinted on cups and napkins used at the food and beverage stations at the One-on-One Meeting Place designating your company as one of the sponsors. Also includes a small display area in the one on one area for product (5’L x 5’W).

OPTION 2. WELCOME RECEPTION
Host THE party that will kick off StorePoint Restaurant. Be one of the first to welcome all of the Restaurant Executives. Receive easel signage with your company logo at the entrance of the reception. Work collectively with StorePoint Restaurant staff to “theme” the evening. Our team will work with you to creatively add your company’s personality to the fun! Theme selection may affect final cost of sponsorship. Sponsorship includes: a pre-Event e-mail to the Restaurant Executives inviting them to the Welcome Reception that you are sponsoring, website visibility and a listing with your logo on the Agenda and on-site promotion to Suppliers and Restaurant Executives.

OPTION 3. MONDAY NIGHT OFFSITE PARTY
This is an ideal occasion to highlight your company at StorePoint Restaurant! Host the party that has become the signature Event at the Event. Work with the Connecting Point team to come up with a theme that compliments your message and elevates your stature and visibility at the Event. Whatever you choose, a Night at an exclusive venue, a sporting event or dine-around dinner, we will take care of every detail to make your organization shine. This sponsorship includes a pre-event e-mail to the Restaurant Executives inviting them to the party that you are sponsoring, website logo visibility, logo on the Agenda, on-site promotion to Suppliers and Restaurant Executives through signage.

OPTION 4. CLOSING COCKTAIL RECEPTION
The final evening is the culmination of the Event. This sponsorship includes a premium bar for thirty minutes prior to the commencement of the Closing Dinner. Sponsorship includes: website logo visibility, logo on the Agenda, on-site promotion to Suppliers and Restaurant Executives and your logo imprinted on materials at the Cocktail Reception. One member of your Executive Team can propose a toast welcoming all to the closing reception. A gobo depicting your company’s logo will be displayed.

OPTION 5. CLOSING DINNER & ENTERTAINMENT
Host the pinnacle event at StorePoint Restaurant! The dinner is the culminating event at StorePoint Restaurant. As the evening’s host, your company will be “center stage” before, during, and after the Event. Your CEO/President will have the opportunity to appear on stage for a brief opportunity to welcome and thank the guests. Dinner will include a gourmet sit down dinner with all of the amenities set in an elegant surrounding. A printed place card describing the evening’s events and menu will prominently display your company logo. A gobo depicting your company’s logo will be displayed. Sponsorship includes a reserved table for 8 – 10 guests. Also includes an entertainment meet & greet following the performance for up to 6 people from your organization and/or your invited guests.

OPTION 6. EVENT GROUND TRANSPORTATION
You will have the exclusive opportunity to greet the Restaurant Executives at the airport and host the ground transportation for all participants, round trip to the Event. You may distribute promotional handouts in the vehicles. In addition, your logo will be included in pre-event materials, on the website and on signage greeting the participants at the airport and hotel. Your logo will be the first and last visual impression of the Event.

OPTION 7. GROUP LUNCHES
Provide lunch to all participants both Monday and Tuesday. Your logo will be included on all pre-event materials, on the website and on signage at the lunches. Your logo will be on tent cards that will be positioned on all serving and seated tables for the lunches; and you will be provided with a display table for product literature at the lunch.

OPTION 8. KEYNOTE
Start the Event off! Host the keynote as StorePoint Restaurant begins. Your executives may greet all attendees and your President will have the opportunity to appear on stage for a brief opportunity to welcome and introduce the keynote. This sponsorship includes a pre-event mailing featuring material by the speaker that will be mailed to all Restaurant Executives in advance of the Event. You may include a personalized letter letting the Restaurant Executives know why your company is passionately behind inspiring innovation for the Industry.

OPTION 9. EVENT BADGE POUCHES
Put your logo front and center throughout the Event on the official StorePoint Restaurant badge pouches (one color logo and badge pouch will be recommended and must be approved by StorePoint Restaurant).

OPTION 10. RESTAURANT EXECUTIVE WHEELED TRAVEL DUFFELS
Provide the Restaurant Executives with one (1) wheeled travel duffel to bring materials received during StorePoint Restaurant back to their office. Your logo will be on the exterior of the bag which will continue to provide you company exposure to the Restaurant Executives long after they have returned home. You may enclose a cut sheet and CD from your Company ensuring your message from StorePoint Restaurant gets safely back to the office.

OPTION 11. REGISTRATION TOTE BAG
Your logo will be front and center throughout the Event on the official StorePoint Restaurant tote bag (one color logo and tote bag will be recommended and must be approved by Connecting Point).

OPTION 12. GOLF TOURNAMENT
Host the annual BuildPoint Shotgun Golf Tournament for up to 72 players at the Westin Kierland Golf Club a golf resort like none other. Designed by Scott Miller, formerly a senior designer for Jack Nicklaus, Kierland Golf Club provides three 18-hole combinations from which to choose. Named after indigenous plant life found on the course, Acacia, Ironwood and Mesquite offer a complementary collection of nines – each with its own flavor and strategy. Sponsorship includes a pre-Event e-mail to the Retailers inviting them to participate in the tournament that you are sponsoring, website visibility and a listing with your logo on the Agenda and on-site signage. Sponsorship also includes participation in the tournament for up to 4 individuals from your company & box lunches.

OPTION 13. GOLF TOURNAMENT - Hole Sponsor (Longest Drive)
Sponsorship includes website visibility and a listing with your logo on signage at the Hole. Sponsorship also includes participation in the tournament for up to 2 individuals from your company.

OPTION 14. GOLF TOURNAMENT - Hole Sponsor (Straightest Drive)
Sponsorship includes website visibility and a listing with your logo on signage at the Hole. Sponsorship also includes participation in the tournament for up to 2 individuals from your company.

OPTION 15. GOLF TOURNAMENT - Hole Sponsor (Longest Putt)
Sponsorship includes website visibility and a listing with your logo on signage at the Hole. Sponsorship also includes participation in the tournament for up to 2 individuals from your company.

OPTION 16. GOLF TOURNAMENT - Beverage Cart Sponsor (Two Available)
Sponsorship includes website visibility and a listing with your logo on signage on the Beverage Cart. Sponsorship also includes participation in the tournament for up to 2 individuals from your company.

OPTION 17. KEYCARDS
“Lock Up” your company’s exposure at StorePoint Restaurant! Your message or logo will be featured on every attendee’s room key. An affordable way to maximize your brand or message at StorePoint Restaurant.

OPTION 18. EVENT DIRECTORY TAB ADS
Highlight your company's presence at the Event with a four-color ad appearing on one of the tabbed sections of the Event Directory. You will be one of six advertisers for the Event Directory. Submit your print ready art for production in to the three tabs of the Directory. The Event Directory is utilized by attendees at the Event and is referenced throughout the year as well.

Sponsorships are sold in conjunction with Presentation Packages. StorePoint Restaurant will not offer nor sell any additional badges outside of those provided for in your Presentation Packages and/or as identified above relevant to Event Sponsorships.
