Todd Griffith
Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Todd Griffith is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing with Alto-Shaam, Inc. responsible for the company’s strategic planning and business development in the Eastern United States.  He has been with Alto-Shaam for the past 10 years.

Having achieved a Bachelor of Sciences Degree from UNLV (University of Nevada Las Vegas) in Hospitality and Culinary Administration, his background encompasses experience in both back and front of the house operations in Hotel, Foodservice Management and Retail Restaurant Operations since 1983.   Included in his background are positions with Hilton Hotels, Brookshire Hotels, Sheraton Hotels and Professional Foodservice Management (PFM Group).

Todd transitioned from Food & Beverage operations to sales when in 1989 he joined a national food manufacturer where he was responsible for sales and program development for the firm’s Great Lakes Region.  From here, he moved into a position with another food manufacturer as National Account Sales Manager.  Todd further supplemented his experience by moving from food sales to heavy equipment when he joined SaniServ, Inc. as National Accounts Director for the introduction of new technologies in addition to managing the company’s Northeastern U.S. business.

Regarding his position with Alto-Shaam, Todd notes that “I can’t think of a more perfect fit for my past training and experience.  My current position with the company allows me the opportunity to travel and work with our customers while staying very active in the kitchen.   There’s no satisfaction that compares with helping an operator to resolve issues and see their business in a whole new way. 

Todd currently resides in Westminster, MD (a Baltimore, MD suburb) with his wife of  21 years Shari, and his three children; Brooke who will be attending McDaniel College as a Junior, Courtney who will entering her Freshman year at Mount St. Mary’s University and Christopher.  When not on the road, life is all about quality time with the family.
